Rental conditions
The rental periods are from Saturday 5:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am ( July and August ). Outside this period arrivals and departures are daily.
Following your reservation request, we will send you these documents :
- A rental contract (2 copies: renter and owner).
- The bank records for the first payment by wire transfer.
Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as we receive the following documents :
- The 2 copies of the contract signed by the renter,
- The insurance certificate issued by your insurance company for the villa, for all damages that you might cause to the villa during your stay (theft, fire, water damage, etc.),
- The first payment by wire transfe: 50% of the total amount of the price for a reservation more than 1 month ahead, or the total price if less than 1 month ahead.
As soon as we receive these documents, we will send you back your copy of the contract signed by both parties.
The last payment will be done by wire transfer no later than 1 month before your arrival.
The payment of the guaranty deposit of 1.500 Euros must be done by wire transfer (exclusively) latest 15 days before your arrival.
Before your arrival, we will send you by E-mail all the information you will need for your stay :
- Driving instructions to la Crespina (instructions and GPS position),
- Instructions for using all the equipment available, and the contact persons in case of problem,
- User Manual for the swimming pool alarm.
